Aspire Leadership Program

One of our 2023 Master Action Plan initiatives is to develop leaders and our people to succeed. One way we’re delivering on that driver is through Aspire, an introductory leadership program that offers digital workshops and on-demand courses to develop the skills needed to be considered for and thrive in leadership positions at SpartanNash. The program will require participants to engage in workshops, complete online classes and demonstrate proficiency in a final practical exercise. In addition to gaining skills, Aspire participants will gain a cohort of peers with similar goals with whom they can network and grow relationships.
