Aspire Leadership Program 2024

In the Associate Engagement Survey, Associates told us that they’re looking for opportunities to learn and grow in their careers. One way we’re addressing that feedback is through Aspire, a digital leadership program that offers workshops and on-demand courses to develop the skills needed to be considered for and succeed in leadership positions at SpartanNash. Aspire requires learners to participate in virtual, instructor-led workshops, complete online classes, and prove proficiency in a final practicum. In addition to becoming more skilled in our Competencies, learners will also gain a cohort of peers with similar goals with whom you can network and grow relationships.
